Services
We are a private company and understand the stresses and pressures of the modern business world. That’s why we help you to explore the options that are available to you in order that your project can gain compliance with the Building Regulations.
Our aim is to provide a working partnership that is a two way street where you can have confidence in the advice and service you are being given and as a result, we are confident that you will provide a product that complies with the Building Regulations every time. CPR have been providing Approved Inspector Services* since 2002 and in this time we have established strong working relationships with a number of Architects, developers and builders. This success is based on being part of the project team from conception to completion.
We are available to discuss a project prior to submission to ourselves. This can help designers to overcome areas that may require special consideration and avoid the pitfalls that cause expensive disruption and delays.
Plan vetting is generally undertaken within 10 working days of the information being received.
Site inspections are carried out the same day as requested subject to a maximum 30 mile distance and the request being before 10:30am. (Further distances are catered for if there is advanced warning of the inspection).
If you feel that you have to “re invent the wheel” when you are undertaking similar types of projects because you have to justify the design principles every time you move into a new area, then we can help because we can provide our service anywhere in England and Wales.
Please contact or call us to discuss your project and we will send you a quote for our services. If you are happy you only have to sign the Initial Notice** and supply us with an order number (commercial works) and site map of 1:1250 scale. Two sets of drawings to a suitable scale are required for all non domestic work.
We also undertake :
